Whether you're seeking support for a specific concern or simply exploring ways to feel more balanced and resilient, I offer a safe, welcoming space where your experiences are respected and your goals are prioritized.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typical intakes last about 60 minutes depending on complexity. Typical follow up appointments are usually 15-30 minutes, again depending on complexity. Therapy sessions would be 50 minutes. Thank You!
