Karen and the staff she works with are phenomenal! Check-in for a first-time patient was a breeze, I was immediately whisked to an exam room where an assistant patiently learned about my needs (which were numerous!), and seconds later Karen walked in. Just amazingly efficient. Karen had been briefed well, and she beautifully balanced asking me for details of my symptoms, examining my skin, recommending a course of treatment, and explaining everything in layperson's terms along the way. She was also joyful and kind, showing interest in my life outside our consultation, and made me feel like I was a friend. Truly a marvelous experience that made it a no-brainer for me to immediately schedule a yearly check-up. Thank you so much, Karen and everyone at Mandel Dermatology!
