About Karen Hashemi
Karen Hashemi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University in 2001. She went on to receive her Master’s in Midwifery from the University of Cincinnati in 2013. Before becoming a certified nurse midwife, Karen worked as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse for thirteen years. Her own pregnancies and childbirth experiences solidified her decision to pursue midwifery. Karen is passionate about improving outcomes for women and children. When not at work, she enjoys gardening, volunteering, and playing with her kids.

Wait time was almost none. MA/nurse roaming was quick and efficient, very personal. Karen is amazing great bedside manner. I feel cared for and listened to. Thank you.

Hannah was very kind and took time to ask me about concerns & discuss options. She didn't rush, and she made me feel heard and cared about. Karen, the MA who helped me, was also super friendly and kind & made me feel comfortable. Everyone at the clinic was friendly and helpful.
