“The best endorsement I can give is that I've been pain free since I started going 5 years ago. It did take a few months at the start to get the kinks out, or the "rust" out, from years of bad habits. 25 years ago I suffered from a herniated disk which I believe was the result of too many hours sitting at a desk and lack of exercise. I got back to exercise which alleviated the acuity of my problem but left me with chronic pain. Only after adding the chiropractic care with Abundant Health Chiropractic and sticking with it has kept me consistently pain free. So now I go once a week and I feel great!”

Dr. Karen is amazing! My son and I went to get an adjustment because we were both very stiff in our necks and had lower back pain. Her services were prompt and our relief was immediate! This was my son’s first time ever going to a chiropractor but his experience was so awesome and helped tremendously that he now wants to go monthly! Dr. Karen’s staff was very friendly and professional. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had the best care at our appointment and in the future. Thank you Dr. Karen! ??

Come become your best self! Dr.K has been helping me for years now and I couldn’t be more grateful. She also sees my daughter, 9, & I believe it has helped her learn prioritizing her health and body. The office is always clean and filled with good vibes.
I love the set up for exercises and the small fun spot for kiddos. Also. The BIO MAT! Lay on it sometime. It soothes my bones.
I promise you won’t be disappointed here, Dr. K always has learning events/parties at the office, offers wholesome advice, and of course her magic hands.

There isn’t anything bad I can say about Dr. K and her team. They are always there to help even if it’s nothing to do with chiropractic care, maybe it’s bringing you a cup of water, a listening ear, a hug or a laugh. And that’s even before seeing Dr. K.
When you see the doctor, she makes you feel like you are the only person in the building. You matter! She listens, she talks to you before getting adjusted. She doesn’t do things her way, it’s a plan you both make together. She will even communicate with your other doctors if it helps make better a plan for you.
Walking into the office is as comfortable as walking ito my own house.

Dr. Karen and her staff are rockstars when it comes to to chiropractic care and well being! They care and show it with their patients. The expertise and knowledge welcome you into the space which starts with a friendly hello and then exercises and pre-workouts to get you ready for which ever treatment you’re looking to do. I’ve been coming to them for over 4 years and recommend their services and products to new clients as well as ones who see other chiropractors.

Dr. Karen and her staff are so kind and knowledgeable…I truly look forward to my appointments there because I come out feeling better physically and mentally. They really guide you through the exercises and modify them when necessary.

Dr. Karen is a GREAT DOCTOR!! I started receiving adjustments due to some issues I was having. My Chiropractor adjustments have helped manage my menstrual cycles better despite my PCOS diagnosis. Also, after researching, information provided by doctor Karen, I started bringing my daughter due to her upper respiratory infections. She has not had an infection over 2.5 years now! ALWAYS receive GREAT service ! Thank you ??

I have been seeing Dr. Karen at Abundant Health Care in Willowbrook for a few years now, and never felt better. He technical knowledge is excellent. She, and her amazing staff always go above and beyond to make sure you are doing exercises correctly and learning proper eating/drinking habits. Highly recommend giving her a try.

Since seeing Dr. Karen I’ve noticed not only do I have less neck pain but I am sleeping better and realized I am standing taller.
The staff also has been so helpful and kind during my healing process! So happy I found Abundant Health they have made so much difference in my life I can not thank them enough!!!!
