I really enjoyed my experience with Karen Lin at Leaf Medical. The appointment was thorough and I felt like she really listened to me, the issues that I'm currently having and helping me live my best healthy life. After mentioning that I faint when my blood is drawn, I was paired with a really great technician (Shoutout to Aiesha!) and I forgot that it was even happening. I hope I'll see them again next year!

Waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room, then when I asked how much longer to expect to wait I was told that they thought I was just waiting for my husband (I do not have a husband and I entered the building alone?)
Before even asking about any of my health concerns the first words out of the doctor's mouth were to ask how much exercise I get. In response to my concerns about severe menstrual pain I was told the only option was to get on hormonal birth control. No regard for potential underlying conditions (ie. pcos or endo).
Blood test results were not sent securely, just via email.
Overall negative experience, got the sense that Leaf medical is just another trendy medical institution focused solely on profit. Will not be returning.

Karen Lin was extremely attentive to every issue I mentioned. She was kind, patient and I felt comfortable in the office. Which was a huge relief because seeing a new doctor about my body is extremely anxiety inducing. I feel more relaxed and happy that my overall health is good and that Karen has reassured me :)

The doctor was very professional and quick but took the time to be a human and take interest in more than just my numbers and medical history. Excellent bedside manner and very personable. The kind of doctor. I would've wanted to go to all these years in stead of being medically aviodent.
