I specialize in weight management for overweight and obese adults, focusing on those who have struggled with cycles of overeating and binge eating. I would highly recommend Karen Simpson to anyone working through struggles with nutrition. Karen has helped me to create strategies and goals each week and always starts out sessions asking what my “wins” were for the week. She is flexible, punctual and very positive. We come up with realistic goals together to work through my eating disorder. Again, I would absolutely recommend Karen Simpson as a nutritionist!
