Do you feel sad daily, have stopped socializing with friends and family, perform only the bare minimum work tasks, frequently call out of work, or are failing college classes due to incomplete assignments and poor attendance? Have you been using cannabis to cope with your current mood symptoms? Have you failed numerous medications due to side effects or lack of effectiveness? I will help you develop a treatment plan to meet your mental health goals and help you feel content and like yourself again. I can assist you by obtaining a thorough medical and mental health history, which will guide me in creating a comprehensive treatment plan. I provide realistic expectations regarding psychopharmacology and educate that medications cannot address life skills; therefore, therapy can be highly beneficial. I work with my clients by listening to their stories and providing empathy. I always recommend therapy alongside medication because the combination is more effective than either treatment alone. I want my clients to feel hopeful, heard, and motivated to achieve their mental health goals after each session with me. I hold a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University, which supports my commitment to providing expert care.
