I had a positive experience with this NP overall. Although I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment, Ms. Young made up for it with the qualm of care she provided. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my medication to me clearly, and made sure I was comfortable before my appointment ended. She mad me feel supported. I did not feel rushed or judged. Her level Of compassion and clinical knowledge was top tier. She’s now my PCP and we’re locked in.
