Dr. Franklin and her staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Franklin listened to my history and concerns and asked questions before giving me recommendations. Prior to being seen, her assistant reviewed my medications and supplements. While they were being reviewed, I learned something I was never told before about a medication I previously was taking. Which was appreciated.

In my 37 years, I have never had a doctor’s appointment to be so validating, comforting, and informative. At check-in the staff was kind and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The intake nurse that did my vitals was so kind and thoughtful. I spent a total of 2 minutes alone before being seen.
Dr. Franklin is a world class physician! She listened to me, heard what I had to say, and provided advice and solutions with reasons for her suggestions. She was so empathetic and caring. She did not dismiss any of my concerns and spent actual time with me. There was no judgement just genuine concern. I am still shocked at how successful my visit was and am so grateful to her and her staff. Happy to have Dr. Franklin as my new PCP.
