I would have liked a more factual response than saying "it isn't common for men to bring this up..." I have a thick skin so easy for me to ignore, but def something to be said on why sometimes patients have a hard time opening up. ”

About Dr. Kari Palmer
I am accepting NEW PATIENTS into my Direct Primary Care Membership program. I am out of network with all insurance companies. After your initial visit, when you choose to continue at our clinic through the Direct Primary Care Membership, the first month's fee is waived.
You do NOT need insurance to join our membership! There are no additional visit fees or hidden costs.
Direct Primary Care membership offers unlimited telehealth or onsite visits, as well as email, text, and phone communication directly with your personal physician for one monthly price. There are no co-pays, deductibles, or other hidden fees.
For me, practicing family medicine is an honor; it is the opportunity to partner with individuals of all ages in their health care by listening and learning what is important to them to achieve wellness, both in mind and body. As the mother of two, I particularly enjoy taking care of children and their families.
I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Brown University and completed my Family Medicine residency training at the University of New Mexico and Valley Medical Center.
Please note that DPC is not insurance, and we recommend that everyone have at least catastrophic insurance or HealthShare to cover other medical needs that may arise outside of primary care.

Dr. Palmer was great! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a primary doctor, and I think I found one with Dr. Palmer. She really listened to me and asked questions to make sure she got all the information she needed about my history. I also liked that she made sure it was okay with me to take the time to review my records before diagnosising me. I highly recommend her to anyone in the Green lake area looking for a Dr.

She conducted a standard physical but made sure to listen to my personal health history and took detailed notes about both my health history and my current health concerns. Like many others, I am skeptical of new doctors. But I had done a lot of searching and this practice looked really nice and comfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming and kind. My nurse was super sweet and fun, and knows how to get a blood draw done quick which I was impressed by! Doctor Palmer was very attentive, kind, and proactive in all my issues. I felt confident in her and her diagnosis and really appreciate how determined she was to get me feeling better and healthy. I was so comfortable and feel relieved. I am so fortunate to have found this practice and wonderful doctor!
