Dr. Smith enjoys providing care for the whole family. She likes to build relationships with her patients to help them receive the best care possible. Dr. Smith knew she would be a doctor from an early age. “I was fascinated with learning how the human body works, and I enjoyed taking care of family and friends when they were sick.” Dr. Smith says the key to life is balance and to make sleep and exercise a priority. Outside of medicine, she loves hiking, canoeing, ballroom dancing, archery and traveling with her husband and daughter. She recommends active family time together, whether it’s just going for a walk or doing more vigorous sports like bike riding, yoga or skiing. “Have fun and keep busy together!”
