I'm passionate about encouraging patients to live a healthy lifestyle to improve both their mind and body. I enjoy listening to patients intently to help formulate a plan of care for their acute or chronic conditions. Establishing continuity of care is important to me, as it helps develop a trusted source of guidance.
As a primary care provider, I believe it is essential to look at the patient as a whole. I strive to address underlying comorbidities, such as anxiety and depression. My goal is to put patients at ease so they feel comfortable discussing these topics. I want to empower patients by giving them the tools necessary to increase their quality of life.
In my spare time, I enjoy indoor rock climbing, hiking, and biking. I also have a passion for wildlife photography, remote travel, and experiencing different cultures and foods.

I don’t think I was being listened to when I saw Karin unfortunately. I told her i was on two antidepressants, one which i ran out of and needed a refill on. She didn’t refill it, which directly affects my mental health if i cold turkey it, and only gave me one medication that I needed refilled.
