Made me refill the same documents I spent 20 minutes filling out the day before online. Saying they couldn’t use the ones online and tried to make me sit and redo the SAME paperwork. I decided that it wasn’t worth it and left. I’ll go back to my other gyno.

I was scheduled to see another doctor, however, I’m so glad that he was chosen to see me today. Dr. Osuna is professional, warm, personable and very knowledgeable about his craft. I felt heard and understood by him today. I’ll definitely be booking my next appointment with this office??

This provider is pro birth control! I was told “there’s no point in doing blood work for irregular periods because the only option is to put you on birth control to manage hormones”. She said “you can TRY supplements but that’s something you have to figure out on your own. This is the problem with traditional medicine. Birth control is a bandaid and she refused to look or investigate the root problem. I will not be back and would NEVER suggest this provider to anyone!

I scheduled with this provider and was never told that I was seeing someone else. When I arrived I was greeted and quickly filled out the paperwork. I watched as people with appointment times after me came in and were called back. The whole waiting room emptied and I was waiting over and hour. When I asked about this, the front desk girl grabbed my file and said “ I’ll give it to them now”. I was nearly in tears. I was suprised and over it when a male ARNP walked in instead of who I scheduled with. No explanation was given as to the switch and I certainly wasn’t asked if it was ok. These things are demeaning. The provider himself was nice and easy to talk to however I’m not 100% sure he understood how concerned I was .

I arrived early and was promptly greeted and invited back to an exam room. The Dr.
was thorough and took time to explain treatments. Her knowledge and expertise were so helpful, and she put me at ease. I was relieved.
I highly recommend her and the office staff.

I made my appt online for noon 11/11. I received emails and text messages confirming my appt was at noon. I also received a call Saturday at 12:53pm confirming my appt at noon.
When I arrived at 1145am, the receptionist couldn't find me b/c she said I was a no-show & my appt was at 11am. I showed her the texts/emails and she got another office staff member who was able to get me in at 12.30pm. I was taken back around 12.45pm and by the time I left the office, it was 1.40pm. Today, I received an automated call that let me know I 'missed' my appt. Even though I HAD an appt, and was seen by Karina and received texts, calls etc.
I do hope I do not receive a bill for a no-show appt.
The care I received from Karina was good and I am pleased w/ her but the whole office experience was not great.
