I didn't get an appointment I was given a text message about a half an hour prior to my appointment that I didn't even see until 10 minutes before my appointment that I was required to fill out in full before I could get the video link that's not my fault I don't understand why that paperwork wasn't sent to me immediately after I scheduled the appointment and had to do my insurance cards because of the delay and springing it on me at the last moment it took me until 9:55 10 minutes past my appointment time and I never got contacted back. Terrible service and professionalism. No I will not recommend this doctor or anything affiliated with this doctor this is crazy

Dr. Guffey was SO GREAT! My mom is thrilled that she has found a genuinely caring psychiatrist who actually helped with her problems. My mom didn’t feel judged, she felt she finally found someone who supports her and truly cares. The appointment process was so easy and for that, we are grateful! It’s not physically easy for my mom to get out of the house most days. She is excited for this new process with Dr. Guffey!

I have seen plenty of psychiatrist, however, she went above and beyond my expectations and just at the right time because my doctor left. She was the most understanding human and listened most importantly better than any doctor I have ever had. I’m 35 have always had mental health issues and she is actually the first to mention a Jean site testing although I’ve went through 1 million different medications. You can tell she knows her stuff. I am highly impressed and I look forward to working with her with the hopes of her being my forever doctor. ?:)
