Fantastic experience. She was so knowledgeable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, even the trainee. The only thing I would’ve changed is I would’ve taken notes. I thought I would be given like a visit summary afterwards to remind me of what order to take my medication, but that’s not specific to this doctor just this facility. I already booked my follow up though, and I am already seeing results. She was right on the money with my issues.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The new Conyers location is humongous, beautiful, clean. I saw Karja Peart PA-C and her assistant Chelsea and they were very professional and transparent with the questions that I asked. I feel I can trust that they have my best interest at heart. I will definitely go back and have made other appointments for services and consultation.

I found Super Dermatology for my daughter and decided to use them for myself. I normally see Dr. Super, but today I saw one of the PA's because I needed the earliest appointment possible. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. She provided me with a condition that I can view further information on. She consulted with me on whether or not I wanted to have a procedure today or wait and was aware of what my insurance covered. I highly recommend seeing anyone of their Physicians. Nice, clean office and professional, knowledgeable doctors and staff.

I was asked to come in early to complete paperwork, between 20-30 minutes early. I then had to wait an additional 22 minutes after my appointment time, only to be seen by the doctor/assistant for 7 minutes. Not to mention pay a co-pay for nothing. The recommendations given seemed like a push to sale products and not give any other advice on managing my issue. I won’t be back as I believe that it was a waste of my time and money. The office staff is nice as well as the office itself. One side note that some may find a bit disturbing is that there are several faith based quotes on the walls. If you aren’t religious or if you do not subscribe to that faith it can make a person uneasy and on edge of not knowing what to expect. This is the very reason why church and state are separated. Now if the is a faith based organization it should be listed on their website.

The reason for 2 stars is because on last appointment she knew she couldn't fix the problem. Instead of telling me this she told me to come back. So I come back thinking my problem will be fixed. I wasted my time and pesos here for her to tell me I need to go to a real doctor to get this fixed. I shouldn't be charged a co-payment when I literally sat in a room for them to come in and say we can do nothing more for you. that's ridiculous. After they saw that I was mad then she offered me prescriptions which I declined.

Karja was very informative and is very patient with me, she answers all my questions and concerns, aswell as helping me understand the issues i am having. Super Dermatology is the best!!!

Initially I was overwhelmed by the foot traffic and the close quarters spacing of the front desk. However, the staff was welcoming. I was pleased at the speed of services but wondered if the services being provide was robotic and unproductive. I am glad to say the our PA listened very well and was attentive to my daughter’s concerns. We plan to utilized her recommendations and revisit soon.

Great experience overall. However, I had to wait over 30 minutes to be put in a room. This wasn't the experience for the other patients, as everyone who walked in after me was called before me. I'm not sure in this was purposely or an honest mistake because no one seemed to notice it but failed to apologize.
As for the doctor, she was great. She put me on a treatment plan and answered all of my questions!

Overall great experience. Warm welcome young entry. Staff at desk were very pleasant and professional gave clear guidance. Wait time to see doc was a bit long but it’s to be expected. I would definitely recommend.
