Karl Weber is a dedicated father, husband, mental health professional, and proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy. His journey into healthcare began after returning home from service aboard the USS Cowpens in Japan, where he developed a strong commitment to helping others. Upon his return, Karl began his medical career as a paramedic in prehospital emergency medicine, responding to 911 calls. It was during this time that he saw firsthand the profound impact of mental health crises on patients, their families, and healthcare providers, inspiring him to shift his focus to psychiatric care.
Karl earned his Master's in Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Norwich University and is now a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). He also holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Master of Science in Management. Karl provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals facing a wide range of psychiatric conditions. His clinical expertise spans diagnostic assessments, medication management, and therapeutic interventions, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Karl's leadership within interdisciplinary teams ensures that his patients receive comprehensive, holistic care. His practice is rooted in evidence-based approaches, and he remains committed to staying updated on the latest advancements in psychiatry.
In addition to his clinical work, Karl is actively involved in community mental health initiatives, striving to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. His personal experiences as a veteran and first responder give him a unique perspective on the importance of mental wellness, and his empathetic approach has earned him the trust and respect of both his patients and colleagues.

Karl cares about his patients, he takes the time to understand their individual needs, he is easy to talk to, he listens, does not rush or hurry the appointment in order to juts move on to the next, you are not just a number on a calendar to his practice and I felt heard, I felt I had a say in my treatment. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I would highly recommend him!

I found Karl Weber to be very professional, and he took his time to get all of my info and then explain my diagnosis. I felt very much at ease and also felt comfortable enough to ask questions without being rushed or brushed off, as I have been by other providers.
