She is well-versed in several modes of psychotherapy, such as ACT, CBT, trauma-focused CBT, CPT, exposure therapy, and behavioral therapy. Dr. Mirabelli is a graduate of East Carolina University where she earned a Doctorate in Health Psychology with a specialization in Pediatric School Psychology and before that, a Master of Arts in School Psychology. In her free time, Dr. Mirabelli enjoys exploring the city of Chicago with her friends, family, and dog. She loves to kayak, bike along the lake, read, attend concerts, try new restaurants, and watch movies.
