I graduated from Auburn University and completed my Dietetic Internship through the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2013. I have most recently worked in Residential treatment centers for eating disorders, as well as Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Drawing from my own lived experience of overcoming disordered eating, I bring a unique blend of empathy, understanding, and professional expertise to my practice. I create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their relationship with food, body, and self-esteem, guiding them towards acceptance, greater self-compassion, and freedom from disordered eating. When I'm not counseling others, you can find me hiking, camping, reading, spending time with my two dogs, and listening to a good folk playlist :)
