Tell us what makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider.
The human body has amazing potential, and I believe it is my job as a practitioner to help facilitate this. My main focus is to provide my patients with individualized, patient-centered, science-based care that addresses the underlying causes of disease and promotes optimal wellness both physically and mentally.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
Health and wellbeing are complex and multifaceted. Patients should be addressed as a whole, taking in both physical and mental health in order to appropriately assess, diagnose, and treat successfully.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
My husband and I spend most of our spare time with our two kids and their sporting endeavors. I also enjoy gardening and a good podcast.

The nurse practitioner said that I was being violent with her. I told her that I needed medications and a formal letter. Poor patient communication. I was not being violent at all. I told her my IQ test in the top 1% of society. If there is something in her psyche that tells her that intelligent people are violent, that’s her problem. I made three statements to her. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.

Doctor was good but the medication I was prescribed isn’t covered by my insurance. Pharmacy faxed alternatives to the office and I still do not have any medication a week later. I have been on the phone with circle medical and pharmacy back and forth with no luck. All circle medical said was their prescription department takes up to 72 hours to respond.
