She’s very compassionate and very knowledgeable, she is also extremely professional, and you can tell she really cares about her patients. She understands me and the issues that I have, and she never judges. I feel very safe and in the space with her and I have already seen a lot of improvement since our initial appointment a few weeks ago. I thought I’d never be able to find someone that understands me and I am so glad that I finally did.”

I have been living with a mood disorder, anxiety, panic, and OCD for many years. The first psychiatrist I saw gave me medication that caused a lot of side effects, which made me not want to take medication at all. I felt unheard and that he wasn't really listening to what I told him I was experiencing. Kate's treatment approach was completely different. We worked on making small changes over time at a pace that made me feel comfortable and more in control of my experience. I appreciate her patience, knowledge, and willingness to listen to my input. After finding the right medication in combination with seeing my therapist regularly, I have gained a new sense of inner peace and self-acceptance.
