What should a new client know about working with you?

**WE REQUIRE A PHONE CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT. During our initial phone call (about 15 min) we will determine if we are a good fit for each other. You will then be sent an intake packet to be established as a client and can book our Initial Evaluation WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE, though a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance as an out-of-network provider We do NOT provide letters for FMLA or DISABILITY Our practice does NOT prescribe BENZODIAZAPINES or Controlled Substances Please know for our child/adolescent appointments, our prices vary as these appointments are typically longer and include collaboration with pediatricians, schools and additional providers involved in care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once intakes are completed, we will meet for about 60-75 minutes for an Initial Evaluation either online or in person. Our goal is to establish a trusting, professional relationship. We will get to know you beyond your symptoms and begin building a plan for healing. At our follow up appointment, we will discuss how you have been since our last meeting and begin making recommendations for treatment goals. This may include a combination of labs, medications and holistic, therapeutic interventions. We recommend 45-50 minute follows ups in order to integrate psychotherapy into treatment visits Our 30 minute follow ups are more focused and are recommended for those that already have therapy established outside of our practice. These sessions will include medication management and holistic interventions only. Our treatment plans are highly individualized and frequency of visits usually range from weekly to every 2-3 months. This will be decided together after our initial appointment. We also offer psychiatric consultations with a 40-50 minute follow up for those who already have a provider and are seeking a second opinion on diagnosis or those who have a primary care provider and are looking for diagnosis and follow up/treatment recommendations to provide to their physician. Please inquire for pricing.
