No matter what you are facing-whether depression, anxiety, trauma, mood swings, sleep troubles, substance use, or something else-I am here to help. Deciding to get help can be intimidating, but I am committed to helping you feel safe sharing your thoughts and feelings, building confidence within vulnerability, and I will be there every step of the way. My hope is that during our time together, we work as a team to help you reach your goals. Your care plan may include many means of treatment, including pharmacotherapy (medication), psychotherapy (talk therapy), lifestyle changes, genetic testing, integration of coping skills, and more. I also offer focused diagnostic evaluations for ADHD and Autism. I earned my Master's in Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, and I hold bachelor's degrees from both Central Michigan University and the University of Pennsylvania. My goal is to partner with you to help you be the best version of yourself. Thank you for letting me be there with you as you take this step in your journey toward better mental health.
