Katelin Finn, FNP-BC Schweiger Dermatology Group
Katelin is a licensed and board certified Nurse Practitioner at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
Katelin began her education at the University of Delaware where she received a Bachelor of Science degree. She then worked as a medical assistant at a dermatology office for 2 years, where her interest and passion for dermatology began. Katelin went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Pace University where she completed a 1 year accelerated nursing program. She worked as an oncology nurse for 3 years while going to school to become a Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Pace University in December 2019 with her Master of Science degree in Family Nurse Practitioner studies.
Katelin completed the dermatology fellowship program at Schweiger Dermatology Group, where she participated in vigorous training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology alongside top dermatology providers.

I felt a bit rushed. I tried to show the assistant and the NP a picture, neither would give me the 5 seconds i needed to show it. I did not feel understood as a perimenopausal woman. I had a med suggestion to ask about for hair loss, but did not feel comfortable bc it felt rushed.

My old dermatologist would look at my face for two seconds and quickly prescribe me a new gel to try (but prob won’t work). Katelin gave me multiple options and even provided me with some shots for immediate help with my acne. I’m very pleased with how much more motivated she was to find a solution for me than my previous doctor had been.
