What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we discuss your current concerns, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatments, lifestyle factors, and personal goals. This allows me to develop a thorough understanding of your symptoms and identify the most appropriate treatment options. Based on our assessment, we work together to create a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, psychotherapy referrals when appropriate, and ongoing education about your condition. Follow up visits focus on monitoring your progress, evaluating treatment effectiveness, addressing any side effects or concerns, and making adjustments as needed to help you achieve lasting improvement and overall well-being. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, informed, and actively involved in every step of your care.
