I believe that the best mental health care begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and evidence based. I take the time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals before making treatment recommendations. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, ADHD, or another mental health concern, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan that reflects your needs, preferences, and values while using the most current evidence and best practices in psychiatric care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we discuss your current concerns, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatments, lifestyle factors, and personal goals. This allows me to develop a thorough understanding of your symptoms and identify the most appropriate treatment options. Based on our assessment, we work together to create a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, psychotherapy referrals when appropriate, and ongoing education about your condition. Follow up visits focus on monitoring your progress, evaluating treatment effectiveness, addressing any side effects or concerns, and making adjustments as needed to help you achieve lasting improvement and overall well-being. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, informed, and actively involved in every step of your care.
