The office was easy to find. Not a fan of the parking fee but that’s Loyola for you. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Dr. Grunzweig was very nice, thorough and concise. She explained things well and got me set up right away with OT and a brace. I like the set up that they are all together to allow for an interprofessional collaboration.

She told me step by step how my treatments would go and gave me her best option to ensure I would get the best results! I didn’t even have any questions to ask her because she had answered them while she was explaining everything. Highly recommend!

Dr. Grunzweig made me feel comfortable and welcomed! She was so extremely kind and you can tell she has a great vibe to her. I enjoyed speaking with her and she made me feel like I was heard. I went in for a consultation on surgically closing my stretched ear lobes (or as some might say, "gauged"). She was thorough and honest with me about how the procedure would go. She really does know her stuff!
