Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend - Zero stars given
I showed up to this physician assistant’s office with an appointment, expecting to be seen. Instead, she never even tried to see me. No explanation, no communication, no effort to acknowledge my presence as a patient. I waited, and waited, only to be completely ignored. It was one of the most unprofessional medical experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your time, your health, and being treated with even basic respect, look elsewhere.

This was a great experience! The front desk receptionist were really helpful and clear about what I needed to complete as a 1st time patient. Once I was called back to see the doctor, she was very nice and a great communicator with what I needed to do and how we could work together to overcome the issue.

I had an exceptional experience at Hollywood Dermatology with doctor Katherine Hernandez! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The doctor was absolutely fantastic!
