“The ability to fill out the paperwork on the MyChart app before the appointment made all the difference in the world in terms of wait time. I stepped out to go to the restroom, got back to the waiting room 5 minutes before my appointment and they were actually waiting on me! As for the actual appointment, I am 50 years old and I can honestly say that I have never experienced a conversational, extremely competent, and genuinely interactive Drs. visit as I did with Dr. Herring. She didn't make me feel rushed at all but was efficient and considerate. Dr. Herring was obviously prepared and had read my chart/ details before she walked into the room and asked good questions. I was heard and my answers were considered, complete with follow-up questions. She even saved me a trip for my blood work when I asked if I could do it with their office, she said yes since I hadn't eaten anything that morning. This is the gold standard in doctor appointment experiences.”
