What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions typically begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand your symptoms, concerns, and goals. From there, care may include medication management when appropriate, along with brief, supportive therapeutic interventions grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles. I take a collaborative and individualized approach, working closely with you (or your child) to develop practical strategies that support emotional balance, confidence, and daily functioning. My goal is to walk alongside you throughout your journey, helping you feel supported and understood.
