I specialize in working with clients facing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ concerns related to sexuality and gender diversity. I also work with women who experience reproductive trauma, such as infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and perinatal mental health disorders. I provide evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and incorporate aspects of mindfulness-based approaches into treatment. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in Arlington, VA, and my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. My training includes a Pre-Doctoral Internship at Associated Clinical Services, a private practice in Springfield, VA, and externships at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital in Baltimore, MD, and Children's National Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.
