What should a new client know about working with you?

Mental health care isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I don’t approach it that way. I take time to understand what matters to you—your experiences, your goals, and what’s felt helpful or unhelpful in the past. I see you as the expert in your own life, and we’ll work together to find practical, evidence-based strategies that feel realistic and supportive. My goal is to create a space where you can be open without feeling judged or rushed.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin with a thorough evaluation focused on understanding your concerns, history, and goals. From there, we work together to develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include therapy, medication management, and practical strategies. Follow-up sessions are tailored to your needs, with an emphasis on progress, adjustments, and ongoing support.
