Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, supportive space. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of care. My priority is to build a strong foundation for a collaborative relationship and create a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and aligned with your goals. Over our sessions, we will utilize medications, lifestyle changes, and other supports to improve your overall wellbeing.
