“Everyone in the office was super friendly and the Nurse Practitioner I saw, Kathleen was so nice and really listened to my concerns and came up with a plan for bloodwork and then rescheduled me to come back for a follow up and to go over the results. I finally feel like I’ve found a primary care who listens to me. In the past when I’ve gone to the Drs with concerns, I’ve been basically told to deal with it, or it’s in my head, or to just get over it, so it’s nice to see someone who actually cares and wants to help. I did have to refill out paperwork I had already filled out on here, but it wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t have to very long and I was brought back and seen quickly.”

About Kathleen Adams
I have worked in both adult and pediatric acute care settings and learned that some hospitalizations are preventable. My goal as a Nurse Practitioner is to provide care and education to prevent hospitalizations and improve overall well-being. I achieve this by creating strong relationships with patients and working with them to develop individualized treatment plans. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Texas Christian University, which has further equipped me to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.

Kathleen is the nurse practitioner and I have to say she's amazing. First she's very sweet and a great listener, asked me a ton of questions, and made great recommendations that made me feel heard for the first time in a long time. So many doctors don't really know how to listen but she did. I feel well taken care of and I am glad I finally found what I was looking for.

Kathleen was so amazing!! She looked me in the face while I was talking. She was very attentive, she listened and understood my issues. I’m so hesitant about seeking Medical help due to past situations that didn’t turn out well with staff not caring or listening and she made my anxiety about it go down because of her diplomacy and empathy. I recommend her 100 percent and thank her as much.
