What should a new client know about working with you?

The issues surrounding our mental health care system are huge and require dedicated, well-trained, and compassionate individuals to deal with them effectively. I am passionate about ensuring people with mental illness have the proper care they deserve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have an initial rief contact with the client to introduce myself and discuss what the client's difficulties are and to assess how to approach the client . this initial contact will be followed with an extensive evaluation to get a complete history and evaluate for need fof psychotherapy or medication management or both. WE will discuss and agree on frequency of visits. and discuss an intial treatment plan to meet goals of treatment.

The provider never sent me the Zoom link. After waiting ten minutes, I left a voicemail at the office that was never answered. Two hours left, I got a short apology in my email saying the provider “did not see” the appointment.
