I will never go back here. Probably a miscommunication of what needed to be accomplished. An exam needed to be completed and signed by a MD or DO and they felt “uncomfortable” with signing it because they didn’t “know” me. The only people seeing doctors regularly are generally going to be unhealthy. A general sports physical should not be hard to fill out.

Great doctor but was originally there for the flu shot and a prescription refill on my nonstimulant medication. Got my flu shot but not my refill, was told by the receptionist they cannot refill controlled substances, ADHD non stimulants are not controlled substances though… came out with recommended blood tests. Was told I had tachycardia but my BPM was 88? same goes for my blood pressure the medical assistant didn’t do a manual BP or check both arms twice to get confirmation on my correct vitals after it said my blood pressure was 127/78. Wait time was around 15 mins.

Never going back... the filth outside the office was disgusting...like a dump. The doctor cut me off after five words when I was trying to explain what my issue was. She stuck the stethoscope in my shirt and never pressed it against my skin. I have nothing positive to say about the horrible experience I had today.

I came in to the office because I was not feeling well and the Dr. only told me to stay hydrated and my pain should go away on its own. Even though it’s been 8 days with the same pain. I got a second opinion afterwards.

The office staff was not too friendly, never made eye contact (just a job to them). They were cordial. A physical is not what I remember it being; checked my ears, felt my tummy, looked at my throat, did knee reactions, listened to my heart and asked a series of questions which she took notes on a 5x7 tablet of paper.
She sent me for bloodwork and we will touch based in 2 weeks.

There is no lab so this place is not ideal for an annual check-up but would be useful for quick answers to a sudden illness. Also the staff were helpful.

Awful. Fasted all day for 3 pm appt as it said to on the confirmation. But they changed their policy and don’t do jabs in-house anymore. they’d send me to a nearby lab but all labs were already closed. Front desk staff was very rude/snarky. hey

Very good experience with doctor Kathleen McCay. She was very patient and listen to all my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and kind as well. I would continue to see her.
The front desk staff who handles check-ins was very nice and accommodating as well.
The nurse who checks the vitals could do better. She was very short with words and doesn’t have a very good bedside manner. She seems to be annoyed with something.

The waiting room is very big yet they do not have enough seats available for patients they only have 6 places to seat. Waited an hour to see the doctor.

The staff and doctor was denying my appointment through Zocdoc web although I have all my due papers and appointment confirmation, I want to make complain about these people. I hope somebody contact me for further detail.
I was 20 minutes earlier to my appointment with all my appointment confirmation but the staff was rude and they were not accepting my due confirmation paperwork.
Please someone should talk to me about this incident please.
There character was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
Please please they shouldn’t have done like that with me, it is a shame in face medicine field

My appointment was in the evening so wait times were a little longer but the waiting room was large and comfortable. The nurse who took my initial vitals was running around getting stuff done! I was impressed with her hustle. When I was seen by the doctor she was very nice and answered all my silly questions. I tend to ask questions when I'm nervous and she wasn't fazed at all. I scheduled a follow-up after my appointment and am looking forward to my next experience at this office

Dr. McCray was great. She took a lot of notes, followed up on my questions and addressed any concerns/issues I had either directly or through referrals. The visit took about 30 minutes and covered 2-3 specific questions I had in addition to the annual physical.

I would say my experience was atypical. I got EKG results that she phrased "I appear to be in the middle of a heart attack," and the visit abruptly ended with her shooing me to the ER, no follow-up date or anything else I'd come in for. It turns out that I had a temporary atrial flutter and the ER took care of it (since I was just quitting drinking, which can cause those symptoms, it would've probably resolved on its own), but now I'll have to go back for everything else. So I had a good, thorough office visit with a nice doctor...which abruptly ended and I'm not sure if I even follow up on that or the office does. I'm confused, I'll see how this goes. Better safe than sorry, but I went in for a routine checkup and a few other things, and now I'm not sure how to handle any of the other things.
