As a Stanford-trained psychiatrist, I believe in helping people develop more self-awareness and getting in touch with their deeper emotions as a way to heal from anxiety, depression, insomnia, burnout, and the trauma from divorce, addiction, or other life events. Life is a journey for us to understand how our minds work, what our values are, and learning to listen to what our emotions are trying to tell us. I am here to help you to live in sync with your true self and find inner peace in a sometimes traumatic or turbulent world. I work with ages 18 and up.

Dr seaton helped me find treatment for a problem that’s been going on for years. I’m on the right meds and it’s been a total game changer. She’s walked me through a few episodes and is caring with a no nonsense manner, which is what you need a lot of times. I can tell she has experience and she has been a tremendous help for my quality of life
