Kathrin Meade is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and later completed her internship at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, CA. Kathrin started her professional career at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital in Colorado gaining experience as both an inpatient and outpatient dietitian. She discovered that her passion lies with counseling clients in an outpatient setting where she taught group classes and counseled clients. Her counseling experience includes a wide variety of nutritional needs, including prediabetes, diabetes, heart disease, bariatric nutrition needs, food allergies, and general nutrition. Additionally, she has worked in private practice specializing in sports nutrition, healthy lifestyle modification, eating disorders, and more. Kathrin strives to create an inviting and safe environment where her clients feel comfortable asking questions and sharing challenges and successes while on the path to improved health. She is passionate about helping her clients set personal and realistic goals. Kathrin provides her clients with evidence-based nutrition guidelines and the tools necessary to develop sustainable, healthy habits for a lifetime.
