Getting to know Kathryn Bouchard
Welcome! I'm so glad you've found your way here. At Kinetic Mind, my practice is rooted in a deep commitment to providing compassionate, comprehensive mental health care. I believe in creating a nurturing, safe space where you can explore your personal journey and move toward becoming your best self. I take a holistic approach, recognizing the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit.
I have been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2009, with a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Regis College and a Master's in Family Health Nursing from Anschutz. I also hold a Bachelor's degree from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. This education, combined with my experience, gives me a wealth of insight to share with you.
Though this is a psychiatric practice, I offer a unique combination of resources designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of your health. By looking at your entire system-mind, body, and spirit-I work with you to create a personalized care plan that addresses your mental health while fostering a sense of wholeness and balance through medication management, psychotherapy, nutrition guidance, supplement recommendations, genomic testing, and lab testing.
I have been where you are, seeking help, clarity, and the ability to move forward in life in the healthiest way possible. I am not about creating labels or treatment plans based on them. Rather, my model is to find the root causes of the most impactful issue you are experiencing and work toward healing and resolution.
