“Kathryn was absolutely delightful! She was friendly and professional, she made he feel heard and didn't make me feel embarrassed about anything that came up. We were able to converse back and forth without me feeling as if I didn't know / understand what she was talking about. She used medical terminology but then asked if I had questions where she would break things down if needed. I really appreciated her way of getting personal and relating to me, making me feel as if I've known her for years. ”
