Kathryn earned her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Auburn University and completed her Master's in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama. Her educational background has given her a solid foundation for sharing science- and research-based nutrition interventions with people. Kathryn also teaches undergraduate Nutrition courses at The University of Alabama, which helps her stay current in the ever-changing field of nutrition research. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys being active, hiking with her family, gardening, traveling, and watching her kids play sports.
