Dr. Kathy Landau Goodman received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Central Michigan University. She earned her Master's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Hahnemann Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Dr. Landau Goodman is a Fellow of both the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the American Academy of Audiology. She is the co-founder of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology and served as its first vice president of Professional Issues. Dr. Landau Goodman served two terms (1993–1999) on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. Since 1994, she has chaired the Audiology Awareness Campaign, a national collaborative effort among audiology organizations to educate the public about the value of hearing care. Additionally, she serves as the Audiology Consultant to the U.S. Department of Labor and the School District of Philadelphia. Dr. Landau Goodman is also a frequent lecturer and has presented numerous papers at professional conventions and meetings.
