My goal is to make care collaborative, flexible, and focused on helping you feel better in both the short and long term.

I am new to all this and Katia always provides so much information and it makes it a very comfortable space to ask all my questions and to be open about everything. Always a refreshing session. She is very easy to talk to which helps a lot because as a first timer, it makes it easier to feel confident with the positive route I am on now.
