About Katie Folkenroth
Katie is a graduate of Millersville University with a Master of Science Degree in Nursing. She is board certified through The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has an extensive background in emergency medicine, trauma, sepsis prevention, and recognition. She was drawn to the field of Dermatology because of her personal experiences with acne, rosacea, and abnormal moles. Her goal is to ensure that the community has access to skin cancer education and detection through thorough skin checks. Katie also enjoys learning about the latest innovations in skincare and cosmetic dermatology so that her patients can look and feel confident in their own skin.

Katie Folkenroth is super friendly, efficient, and listens. My appointments have been 15 minutes or less which included skin check and biopsy. I get all my questions answered and was seen on time. Also easy to get an appointment compared to other dermatologists being booked out for months.
