Before entering direct patient care, I spent six years conducting psychiatric research at McLean Hospital -a Harvard Medical School affiliate - where I developed a deep understanding of the biological and psychological roots of mental illness. I specialize in ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex trauma across the lifespan. My approach blends evidence-based pharmacology with genuine therapeutic alliance - I believe the relationship between provider and patient is the foundation of any effective treatment plan. Every person I work with receives a holistic assessment and a care plan tailored to their specific history, biology, and goals. As Clinical Director at Modern Mentality, I work alongside a full multidisciplinary team - including therapists and psychiatric providers - so patients have access to coordinated, comprehensive care all in one place. Whether you're newly struggling or have tried other treatments without success, I'm here to listen carefully and build a path forward that actually works for you. I currently see patients via telehealth in Massachusetts and in-person at our Duxbury office.
