What is your typical process for working with clients?
Clients will schedule an initial session of 60 minutes via telehealth which includes a mental health assessment with possible diagnosis and treatment options. Clients are recommended to return for 30-minute follow-up assessment and medication management every thirty days or as needed.

The therapist was amazing! I just think there was a miscommunication on the websites part because I requested for an in person session and didnt know until the day of that it was virtual. I wasn't prepared for the virtual because I couldn't download the app on my phone but Karen was very patient and she worked with me to get everything situated. I look forward to our next session
