Our providers have immediate, on-site access to high-end equipment and CLIA Moderate labs with the capability of running point of care testing for same day results. Katrina Ison, DNP, FNP-BC is a highly qualified family nurse practitioner with a strong commitment to professional development. As a member of prominent organizations such as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Professional Wound Care Association, and American Nurse Association, she actively engages in the nursing community and stays updated with the latest practices.
In terms of licensure and certificates, she holds a New York State Registered Professional Nurse license, New York State Nurse Practitioner in Family Health license, and she is ANCC FNP Board Certified. Additionally, she holds certifications in Basic Cardiac Life Support by the American Heart Association, ensuring her ability to provide emergency care. Her educational background includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a major in Care of Populations from Quinnipiac University, completed in May 2021. I did not see the doctor for well over an hour. Medical staff had little to no bedside manner in a way that was almost unprofessional. They barely look at the patient and seem bored. Staff do not communicate with you on when you’ll see the doctor, or on result of medical exams. Very strange, lengthy experience and one that is hard to go through if you’re very unwell.

I have never felt so seen and comfortable by a OBGYN before. The staff was very kind and informative. The wait time was nonexistent. I would recommend this cute decor and very nice gyn/nurse practitioner doctor office.

as a new patient it is recommended to get to an appointment at least 10mins early which I did.
got there, open the door no one was at the front. fine! another pt walked in. she sat down also. minutes later someone came from the back and said " oh you guys are not supposed to be in here, we're not open yet"..... no good morning! grant it it was 10 minutes before my appointment ( that left a bad taste in my mouth from the jump)
provider walked in .... exchange words with the staff at the door. walked pass us and said nothing!!!!!!!!!!
the first staff then said good morning.
don't think I'll be going back. I'll find another provider

Office was clean, front desk was efficient but actually seeing the provider was pretty poor. I felt bad leaving a poor review because I really wanted to like it. But the appointment was rushed, didn’t really do much of anything besides draw blood. But I didn’t get anything out of the appointment.
