About Katy Stemple

Katy is passionate about helping people achieve and maintain their wellness goals. Since becoming a registered dietitian in 2014, Katy has worked almost solely in obesity, bariatrics, and weight management. With a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University in Dietetics and Master’s Degree from Utah State University in Dietetic Administration; Katy has worked with over 10 different bariatric surgeons in the Phoenix metro area and have helped many bariatric facilities design their weight management programs. Hundreds of my patients have reached their goals and several have been featured on Channel 3 and Channel 5 news to showcase their success. Philosophy: Nutrition should be easy and fit YOUR lifestyle. But unfortunately, it isn’t always that simple! My goal is help you make small, sustainable changes that you can maintain for life.
