This was the best medical appointment I’ve ever had.
From the easy to access parking lot to the convenience of having my blood drawn right on site - the helpful staff at reception & checkout - the medical assistant, and the most comprehensive medical evaluation & interview. I left my first visit with Kayla, sure I made a good decision to establish my health care with her & this practice. Thank you all for your professionalism & kindness.

Kayla APRN was very calm and friendly. She was easy to talk to and I felt heard about my concerns and I left feeling like everything was addressed. The other staff were all very friendly to me too and very considerate. One of the few times I’ve been to a physical without feeling rushed, or judged!

I was informed that my doctor will be leaving Hartford Healthcare with no one replacing him. So I had to start looking for new Dr. I was recommend Kayla Dixon to me, I went to her she was very knowledgeable, tentative, and patient listening to all my needs for my first visit with her. I will be changing to her as my new doctor.
