What should a new client know about working with you?

Bettering your mental health is hard work, but it doesn’t have to be miserable. We can still have some fun, warm conversation, and comfy vibes while we do the work. You are putting yourself out there and doing hard things, the least I can do is provide a comforting, judgement-free environment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first appointment will be a lot of questions about you and your mental health history. It might feel like a lot, but it will help me paint a picture of who you are and how we can best address your needs. After the first appointment, you can expect our meetings to be more conversational and less of a Q&A.
