About Kayla Gregory
Kayla (Gregory) McLaughlin is a Clinical Director of the Texas area at Zinnia. Kayla graduated with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from McNeese State University. She has worked in a variety of settings across Louisiana and Texas, ranging from in-center, in-home to consulting. She was introduced to behavior analysis while helping at a summer camp for children with autism. After this experience, she developed a love for using science to help individuals, affected by ASD, achieve their greatest potential.
Kayla’s experiences have included severe behaviors, early intervention, social skills, functional communication training, verbal behavior training, instructional design, parent training, staff training, and functional analyses. Kayla has also supervised individuals locally and remotely pursuing certification since 2019.
Kayla’s passion is to create meaningful behavior changes for her clients that allow them to participate in and enjoy their life to the fullest. She believes that it is vital to support not only the client but their network of loved one’s and caregivers as well. Kayla also enjoys supervising and mentoring technicians along their path of growth in and out of the field of ABA.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and creating art.
